Before you book:

By making or placing any booking at Associates One to One you agree fully to the following Terms and Conditions.

You will receive a text message 48 hours before your appointment to confirm the exact time.

Cancellation Policy:

I operate a strict 48 hours notice of cancellation policy for all bookings.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment you must do this at least 48 hours before you are due to attend the salon. You should telephone during salon opening hours, or text message outside of salon hours, to cancel or rearrange an appointment.

Appointment spaces are extremely valuable. To avoid a 50% non-refundable cancellation fee you must cancel or rearrange up to 48 hours before your appointment date and time. If you cancel after this a 50% cancellation fee will be added to your client account.

A minimum 50% booking fee is required at the time of all bookings to secure your appointment time. For longer services a larger booking fee may be required to secure your appointment.

No show

All no show appointments, where you do not arrive in the salon and fail to follow the cancellation policy, will be charged at full price. You will not be able to rebook until you have paid the charge.

Colour appointment

Colouring services require a skin test now know as an Allergy Alert Test (AAT) 48 hours in advance of any colouring service and once a skin test has been done it is valid for six months only.

At six months a new skin test is required. If you have booked and attend a colour appointment without having the necessary skin test I will be happy to carry out any conditioning treatments, cutting and styling services but not any colouring service without a skin test under any circumstances. You will still be charged as set out in the cancellation policy for the diary time booked.

Please note the new guidance for AAT is that it must be carried out with the colour that will be used. Should you require a colour change a new AAT must be carried out for the new colour. Existing skin tests will not be valid. Clients under 16 years of age are unable to have colour.
